Digital Magics, warrant for investors in investee companies

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - The Board of Directors of Digital Magics has approved the draft regulation for the issue of warrants in favour of new individuals that will invest in the companies of the Digital Magics portfolio, to be used on newly issued shares. In detail, upon approval of the Shareholders' Meeting, 600.000 new warrants will be issued by 2022 established by the Board, and not less than € 8 per share. Another 600.000 warrants will be issued under the new 2018-2024 incentive plan for directors and employees: in this case many new shares can be subscribed at the set price of 8 euros.
