Clabo, 96 million in revenues and 14 million in EBITDA in 2022

MILANO (AIMnews.it) - Clabo's new 2018-2022 strategic lines, presented today in Milan, forecast revenues of € 96 million in 2022 (compared to €44.8 in 2017) and € 14 million in ebitda (5 per year), with a margin of 14.6% and a net financial position of around 15 million. This is an upward forecast compared to the one presented in November 2016, following the acquisitions of Easy Best in China and Howard McCray in the USA. "The acquisition of Howard McCray marks a turning point in our internationalisation plan - explains the president Pierluigi Bocchini - With HMC we will become the only real global player in our sector, with production capacity located in Europe, Asia and North America, the three main market areas in the world. Now, the objective in the medium term is a target of around 100 million euros in revenues, fully utilising the partnerships deriving from the acquisitions made both from an industrial and commercial point of view." The purpose of the Marche group involves the implementation of a multinational organisational model (which exploits the three production plants in Italy, China and the US), the efficiency of the production plants (from the site of best practice in the Italian plant) and finally product innovation (from 2020 the introduction of a new range of products dedicated to conservation, which will allow an increase in the level of revenues, when fully operational, of around 20 million euros). Meanwhile, for 2018, the guidance is 58 million in turnover and 7.2 in ebitda, with a margin of 12.4%.
