Italian Wine Brands, new shareholder above the 5% threshold

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - A new shareholder has risen above the 5 percent mark in the capital of Italian Wine Brands. This is Ipoc srl, which, with the exercise of the warrants, has accumulated a participation of 9.89 percent. Thus becoming the second largest shareholder of the group listed on the AIM behind only Provinco srl which has 10.36 percent. With over 5% there is also Otus Capital Management (5.36%) and Praude Asset Management (5.05%). On April 23, the stock will release a dividend of € 0.40 per share.
