Axelero updates the share capital after the conversion of 5 CV

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - At Atlas Special Opportunities, 58,875 new Axelero ordinary shares were assigned, equal to 0.42% of the post-conversion capital, at a price of 1.6985 euros each. They derive from the conversion of 5 cv (100.000 euros of nominal value) of the first tranche of convertible bonds issued at the end of December (150 hp for a nominal amount of 3 million euro). The new share capital of Axelero will thus be € 69,941 divided into 13,988,228 ordinary shares. 107 hp are still to be converted for a value of 2.14 million euros.
