Spaxs finds a target company in the Interprovincial Bank

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Spaxs has found its own target company: Banca Interprovinciale, since 2009 in the SME segment with total assets of around € 1 billion and shareholder equity of € 60 million. The spac promoted by Corrado Passera and Andrea Clamer will take over 91.4% of the bank's share capital (valued at 56 million) for a total value of about 51.2 million, 72% cash and 19.4% in new shares issued (to 11 euro), while the last 8.6% may be subsequently conferred from the 600 million euros collected, therefore, over 90% will be dedicated to the future expansion of the bank.
