BioDue S.p.A., founded in 1986, is one of the largest companies active in the Italian nutraceutical market. IR Top Research started the BioDue coverage with a target price of 6.84 euro per share (price as 4.97 euro as of 11 April 2018), an average of 7.59 euro per share obtained with the DCF method and 6.09 obtained using the multiples method (applying a 28.5% discount to a group of peers made up of international players). According to IR Top Research estimates, BioDue is expected to close 2018 with revenues of 40.7 million euros, EBITDA of 6.8 million (EBITDA margin of 16.6%) and a Group net profit of 3.2 million, for an expected dividend of € 0.10 per share. Spaxs finds a target company in the Interprovincial Bank. Spaxs has found its own target company: the Interprovincial Bank, from 2009 in the SME segment with total assets of around 1 billion euros and a shareholders' equity of 60 million. The spac promoted by Corrado Passera and Andrea Clamer will collect 91.4% of the bank's share capital (valued at 56 million) for a total value of about 51.2 million, 72% cash and 19.4% in new shares issued (of 11 euro), while the last 8.6% may be subsequently conferred. Of the 600 million euros collected, therefore, over 90% will be dedicated to the future expansion of the bank.
