Agatos, letter of intent with Italian entrepreneurs

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - After that with the US investor, Agatos signed a second non-binding letter of intent, conditioned and without exclusivity, with two Italian entrepreneurs interested in becoming equity sponsors of the authorised plant in the province of Milan for the production of biomethane, which can count on a preliminary commitment from a debt fund that has 200 million euro available to invest in renewable energy, 40 million of which are committed by the European Investment Bank. The plant will be built by Agatos, as an EPC contractor, in 2018 and then managed as an O & M contractor.
