Cft buys participation in Adr srl for 2 million euros

MILANO (AIMnews.it) - CFT, the target company of the Glenalta spac, was authorised to purchase a shareholding in the Emilia-based company Adr srl, active in mechanical construction and carpentry in general, which already generates 40% of its turnover with the same Cft. The completion of the transaction (75% of the shares for 2 million euros), carried out with its own resources, is expected within the month of June. Adr recorded revenues of about 6 million in 2017, an "adjusted" ebitda of around 0.8 million and has an "adjusted" pfn of around -1.7 million euro. The seller is the owner of the entire share capital of Adr and is the sole director.
