Bomi Italia, capital increase from 7 May

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - On May 7th the Bomi Italia capital increase will be launched as an option to shareholders and bearers of the 2015-2020 convertible bond loan. Guaranteed by Bper Banca, it will end on 24 May, while the rights will be negotiated from 7 to 18 May. The option ratio has been set to 1 new share for every 10 rights, to 3 euros per share. "The capital increase is aimed at finding new financial resources for the pursuit of strategic objectives and growth of the company and its business - explains the company - In particular, the Bomi Group intends to acquire financial resources to continue its growth and development strategy".
