Portal Sardegna exceeds minimum 2017 EBITDA target

MILANO (AIMnews.it) - Audirevi, an auditing firm of Portale Sardegna, has issued the certification pertaining to the remedy share statement, confirming the relative value of the ebitda - calculated on the basis of the economic results of the 2017 financial statements - equal to 326,245.58 EUR. This is a value above the minimum target of 300,000 euros, so the remedy shares will not be allocated to the beneficiaries. The new quoted share capital will therefore be equal to € 82,443.57, divided into 1,648,860 ordinary shares with no nominal value.
