MILAN (AIMnews.it) - The Bank of Italy and the BCE have authorised the business combination between Spaxs and Banca Interprovinciale. The acquisition of 99.3% of the share capital of Banca Interprovinciale by Spaxs marks the first step towards the birth of the first fully digital bank, with an innovative business model and a clear focus on specific and very dynamic segments and still relatively little served by the Italian SME market.
