Gpi, the transition to the MTA market continues

MILANO (AIMnews.it) - GPI, leader in Information Systems and Services for Health and Social, has transmitted to Consob the request, pursuant to articles 113 of the TUF and 52 of the Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999, concerning the admission to trading of the company's ordinary shares ('Shares') and warrants ('Warrants') on the Mercato Telematico Azionario, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ('MTA,), and a contextual request for authorisation to publish their prospectus. GPI was admitted to the 'ELITE' program starting from 4th November 2014 and on 13th April 2018 it informed Borsa Italiana of the start of the process of preparing for listing on the MTA, which is aimed at benefiting from the admission procedure set out by art.2.4.3, paragraph 2, of the Rules of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (c.d. fast track). Therefore, it is likely to obtain the Elite Certificate in time for the purpose of presenting it to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. of the application for admission to listing of the Shares and Warrants on the MTA. GPI is assisted by UBI Banca, as Sponsor. Pavia e Ansaldo - Studio Legale will act as legal advisor to GPI, while the law firm Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners will act as legal adviser to the sponsor. KPMG is the auditing company while Studio Baldi & Partners will act as a management control consultant.
