MILANO (AIMnews.it) - ABK Industrie Ceramiche, the company involved in the business merger with Capital For Progress 2, have approved the data for the six-month report. In the first half of the year ABK recorded a production value of € 60.9 million, up 5% compared to the same period of 2017. EBITDA is € 10.2 million (+ 6.3% compared to the same period in 2017), the net profit also improved to €4.9 mln (€4.3 mln in 30 June 2017). Furthermore, on October 2nd, the extraordinary meeting of the company will convene to discuss the Business Combination transaction with the SPAC Capital For Progress 2.
