MILANO (AIMnews.it) - The ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Costamp Group have approved the confirmation of the Independent Director Mario Pagani, appointed by cooptation last September 14th. In the extraordinary session, the shareholders' meeting also resolved to extend the company's duration to December 31st, 2100 and approved further amendments to the Articles of Association aimed at making the existing provisions more coherent with the modification of the corporate name, of the registered office and issuer status with the actions negotiated on AIM Italia, and to simplify the operation of rationalising the group structure.
