MILANO (AIMnews.it) - A change in the composition of the share capital of Digital Magics following the closure of one of the exercise periods required by the regulations of the '2015-2020 Incentive Plan', which saw the subscription of 5,400 new ordinary Digital Magics shares . The plan refers to the stock option assigned to the managers of the company, under new Digital Magics shares. The share capital therefore passes from 7,406,178 euros for the same number of shares to 7,411,578 euros. The quota of the share capital held by the market is 36.60%.
