The company heads up the group and specialises in process analysis and the development of automation solutions, and for the digitalisation of port sectors and intermodal logistics. The Circle Group, with a pro forma consolidated turnover as of December 31st 2017 of around € 4.0 million and pro forma consolidated Ebitda of around € 1.0 million, operates through three different business lines: Innovative & Smart Supply Chain, Connecting EU, Specialised digital multichannel marketing. The IPO is aimed mainly at growth in foreign and external markets, as well as expanding its range of products and services. To support the company, in the role of financial advisors, are IR Top Consulting and Emintad Italia.
