MILANO (AIMnews.it) - The Prismi Board of Directors have approved the opening of the additional subscription period for the 'PSM 2015-2021 - Convertible Bonds'. The 1,010 unallocated convertible bonds will be subscribed, at nominal value, during the subscription window between November 5th and November 13th, 2018.
