Digital360: approved merger between ICT & Strategy and Effettodomino

MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Digital360 have announced that the Boards of Directors of the subsidiaries ICT & Strategy (ICT) and Effettodomino (EFDM) have decided to proceed with the merger of EFDM (where the share capital is 51% held by the Issuer, while the remaining 49% from Davide Marasco) into ICT (where the share capital is 100% held by the Issuer). The Board of Directors of Digital360 also approved the acquisition of the shares in advance representing 49% of the share capital of EFDM, as provided for by the agreements in place with Davide Marasco. The merger is suspended on the condition that the issuer acquires 49% of the share capital of EFDM.
