MILANO (AIMnews.it) - PRISMI has announced that, as a result of the additional subscription period of the 'PSM 2015-2021 - Convertible Bonds', 1,010 convertible bonds were underwritten and issued, for a total value of € 1,010,000. The bonds issued have the same characteristics as those already in circulation. On November 14th there were 9,898 convertible bonds outstanding for a value of € 9,898,000.
