MILANO (AIMnews.it) - EdiliziAcrobatica have issued a notice concerning the admission to trading of EDAC ordinary shares on the AIM Italia market. The admission took place following the placement of 1,725,300 newly issued ordinary shares, of which: 1,499,850 ordinary shares deriving from the capital increase reserved for the market, 75,600 ordinary shares deriving from the capital increase reserved for employees and administrators; 149,850 ordinary shares, approximately 8.7% of the offer, deriving from the greenshoe capital increase. The value of the placement, including also the shares deriving from the greenshoe option, is equal to € 5.72 million (of which € 499.001 of the Greenshoe option at the placement price). The post-placement capital of the company is composed of 7,725,300 shares without nominal value, of which n. 6,525,300 ordinary shares and no. 1,200,000 Price Adjustment Shares are not listed. The start of negotiations is scheduled for November 19th.
