She took part in the 5th edition of the AIM Investor Day of IR Top Consulting. "It is important to diversify the sources of debt, - comments Magri - also through the issue of bonds. Thanks to the legislation on mini-bonds, the use of these instruments has increased and we are in line with the EU figure relating to a 15% financial debt portion represented by bonds. AIM Italia has the merit of being drawn by IPOs and to have improved the dialogue between companies and investors. These are paths that need to be continued, also with legislative support. The goal is to arrive at a harmonious and stable framework for companies, able to accompany them towards the capital market."
