MILAN (AIMnews.it) - DBA Group is working to prepare the transfer onto the MTA of Borsa Italiana. Talks are underway soon about dates but the transition, for president Francesco De Bettin, is important to "promote trade and utilise capitalisation to encourage growth by external lines, using capital to acquire majority shares". On the domestic market, instead, the future of the DBA Group, as explained by De Bettin during IR Top Consulting's AIM Investor Day, looks at the development of smart cities and takes shape with possible acquisitions of innovative startups, linked to the development of solutions for smart cities, or in partnership with international primary operators.
