MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Energica Motor Company, leading company of high-performing electric motorcycle and FIM Enel MotoE World Cup single manufacturer for the next three years, continues its path of affirmation in Europe. The Italian company signed a new importer agreement signed with the company Rotoks Slovenia. Rotoks Slovenia is located in Vrhnika, close to Lubjana, and is the main player and seller of electric two and three wheels motorcycles for Slovenian market. “Slovenia is another step for enlarging the distribution network in Europe.”, says Giacomo Leone, Energica Sales & Field Marketing Director. “This country is also fully committed on the development of a network of charging stations”. Slovenia launched in 2014 the Slovenian Green Corridors project that enabled the development of electromobility in the country. The project is part of the Central European Green Corridors (CEGC) and its goal is to establish a dense network of fast charging stations for electric vehicles on the motorway cross of Slovenia. “We are constantly monitoring the global electric vehicle market”, says Primož Urbančič, owner of Rotoks Slovenia, “we have decided to represent Energica as their vehicles are designed and manufactured in Italy, which guarantees a very high quality.”
