MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Renergetica, through its subsidiary Renergetica USA Corporation, has concluded the sale of the projects for the construction of two photovoltaic plants, with the company Pine Gate Renewables. Renergetica has completed the sale of the Lyon's Road project, with a total installed capacity of 28MWp, to be carried out in the state of Michigan (USA) in the county of Shiawassee and the Ziegler project, with an expected maximum installed capacity of 28MWp, also to be carried out in the state of Michigan (USA) in the county of Calhoun. The projects sold are part of the group of projects assessed to meet the criteria and standards outlined in the Settlement Agreement approved by the Michigan Public Service Commission and will entitle the purchaser to enter into a Power Purchase Agreement with Consumers Energy Co. for the sale of the electricity produced.
