MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Circle starts a new strategic partnership with DASTech to implement the technological architectures with which Circle Group products are made available. DASTech, IT consulting company based in Genoa, operates mainly in Italy and Europe and is specialized in the creation of IT architectures and cyber security systems. Circle Group and DASTech have been collaborating for years at technical level in a fruitful way, with totally complementary technical skills. The new partnership will support more specifically the products of Circle S.p.A. and its subsidiaries Info-era and Progetto Adele, i.e. the Milos®, Sinfomar® and MasterSPED® Suites, in order to respond precisely to the needs of a market that requires an integrated management of application and architectural components. The partnership also provided for the purchase by DASTech of 5%, for a consideration of € 1,000 of Alpanet, a company active in the construction and maintenance of corporate IT infrastructures, which has entered Circle's perimeter and is now 47.0% controlled through the acquisition of Progetto Adele.
