MILAN (AIMnews.it) - There are 35 total admissions on AIM Italia in 2019: 31 IPOs and 4 post business combinations. The List dedicated to SMEs with high potential has shown the highest number of placements in recent years compared to the main market (MTA). Placements were concentrated between June, July and November. Among the companies that came to Piazza Affari: Doxee, NVP, Matica Fintec, Websolute, Confinvest, Relatech, Gibus, MAPS, Ilpra. The 31 new IPOs raised 207 million euros, of which 30 million euros from an SPAC (Gear 1). Total capitalization is 1.2 billion euro. Average IPO inflows in 2019 were 5.9 million euro and the free float in IPOs was 24%. Total inflows in 2018 amounted to EUR 1.32 billion, of which 11%, or EUR 145 million, came directly from companies.
