MILAN (AIMnews.it) - The Board of Directors of PRISMI has deliberated the issue, also in several tranches, of a bond loan, with a maximum total nominal amount of Euro 5 million with a duration of 24 months, called "PRISMI 4.5% 2020 - 2022" and whose proceeds will be used mainly to support the Business Plan and the growth plan by external lines. The bonds will be subscribed from Jan 17 to 26 and will be issued on January 29.
