MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Relatech extends the subscription period to the partial voluntary takeover bid on own shares to 6 March 2020. The takeover bid concerns a maximum of 300,300 own shares. The consideration for each Share tendered to the Offer during the New Acceptance Period will be paid to the Adherents on 13 March 2020.
