MILAN (AIMnews.it) - The collaboration is initiated within the IPCOEA project, aimed at the implementation of Port Community Systems in the ports of the coastal countries of Central West Africa. The project will see the support of Circle in training and capacity building activities and support to the development of one-stop-shops at sea.
