MILAN (AIMnews.it) - Relatech announces, pursuant to and for the effects of the Discipline on Transparency and article 17 of the AIM Italia Issuers Regulation, that it has received communication on May 27, 2020 from Kairos Partners SGR S.p.A., pursuant to the provisions of the article 9 of the articles of association, to have risen above the significant threshold of 5% (so-called "significant shareholders") of the share capital of Relatech S.p.A., following the exercise of the warrants with trade on 22 May 2020 of n. 537,756 shares corresponding to 5.76% of the share capital 9.334.900 before the share capital change.
