MILANO (AIMnews.it) - GPI, to facilitate the subsequent preliminary procedure by the relevant authority, has carried out a prefiling agreement pursuant to art. 52, paragraph 1 bis, of the Issuers Regulation 11971/1999, sending to the Consob a draft of the statement concerning the admission of shares and warrants to trading on the Mercato Telematico Azionario organised and managed by Borsa Italiana.
